Mentoring Services
Perhaps the most worthwhile and fulfilling task that a leader can undertake is to develop their internal staff to ensure they have the skills and experience necessary not just to accomplish current goals, but to prepare them for future career opportunities.
Mentoring is an effective methodology to prepare staff members for current and future career opportunities. In many cases, a leader can address this need with the more senior staff within their organization, but if the right level of experience is not available--or for those CIO/CTOs that are first-time in their role and would benefit from mentoring themselves as they embark on their first C-level role, TCE has a wealth of experience to draw upon to meet this need. Mentoring engagements can be a broad engagement that includes workshops to create a development plan, followed by regularly scheduled mentoring sessions with the Mentee or tailored to meet a specific need (e.g., educating on and helping to implement Vendor Management best practices).
TCE also provides mentoring engagements to individuals working in the Information Technology field--including a limited number of pro bono engagements for U.S. military veterans. If you would like more information on this or to apply for one of the free engagements, click here.
